How will I know that my order has been confirmed and processed? 
You will receive emails to confirm your order and to let you know when it has been processed.  

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
We send all online orders through USPS ground. For orders within the U.S., please allow 5-7 business days for your items to arrive. For order shipping to Canada please allow up to 14 business days for your items to arrive. For more information, see our Shipping Policy below.  

How do I get ahold of someone if I'm experiencing issues placing an order or want to know the status of my order?

What is your Return Policy?

I’d prefer not to use online ordering. What are some alternative options for placing an order?

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST). We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. If you contact us regarding your order outside of those hours, we'll get back to you the following business day. If you are looking to answer a question that was not included here, please contact our Customer Success Team via email (info@sps.com) or call 1-800-525-0642 and choose option 1. 


Shipping Policy

Our online orders are calculated by weight ranges and shipped USPS ground. We process all orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, all orders shipping within the U.S. should arrive at their destination in 5-7 business days and orders shipping to Canada should arrive within 14 business days. We do not currently offer other international shipping options.

We currently do not have any expedited shipping options. If you would like to receive your order faster, before ordering, please contact our Customer Success Team via email (info@sps.com) or call 1-800-525-0642 and choose option 1.


Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Success Team via email (info@sps.com) or call 1-800-525-0642 and choose option 1.

We accept the return of any unused items within 10 days of receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

Once your item arrives back at our warehouse, we will refund you the full product cost, not including original shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we gather when you are accessing or using our site. How We Collect Information

We collect personal information from you when you provide it to us. For example, if you purchase something from us, we may collect your name, username, phone number, credit card and other billing information, email address, and/or shipping address. 

How We Use Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade, or share your email address with any other company for marketing purposes without your consent. We may use the information we collect to process a transaction and provide the products or services you request.


State and Local Sales Taxes

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where Blue Mountain Arts, Inc. has operations. Blue Mountain Arts, Inc. does not benefit from the collection of sales tax, and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction.

Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S. and Canada, the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Blue Mountain Arts, Inc. strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
