Blue Mountain Arts Permissions Guidelines All the poetry, prose, and artwork used on Blue Mountain Arts products are protected by copyright and require written permissions to reprint or reproduce. If you are interested in reprinting or reproducing an excerpt or poem from a Blue Mountain Arts book, card, or other product, please follow these simple guidelines to apply for permission. Please submit your request in writing as early as possible. While we will try to get back to you as quickly as possible, in some cases it can take up to 3 to 5 weeks to receive a written response to your request. To facilitate your request, we ask that you provide us with the following information: About our publication: Title and author or editor of the Blue Mountain Arts book or other product from which you wish to reprint. If it is a card, kindly reference the design number on the back in the lower right-hand corner after the price. The exact material you wish to reprint, including the author of the material in question. If a book, please provide the page number on which the material appears. About your publication: The type of publication you wish to reprint the selection in; if it is a book, please provide the title and name of the publisher. Proposed date of publication. Retail price. Number of copies you will be printing. If a book, the format (hardcover, softcover, E-book, etc.) and total number of pages in the publication. If you are a nonprofit organization, let us know who will be receiving your publication. Territories of distribution for which you require permission (US, US and Canada, world, etc.).
